Game Modes

Pin: Click on the exact location you're prompted to find.

Pin (easy): Similar to 'Pin,' but three possible areas are highlighted, making it easier to choose the correct one.

Pin (very easy): Similar to 'Pin,' but as you hover over locations, their names are displayed to assist you.

Type random: Type the names in any order, and they will be highlighted on the map as you go.

Fly: Use the arrow keys or WASD to steer, and press the spacebar for a speed boost.

Show All: A learning mode where all locations are displayed on the map, allowing you to study and familiarize yourself with them.


Slovenia is divided into 12 statistical regions, each with its own distinct geography and cultural identity. Can you identify all 12 in this map quiz? The smallest region by land area is Central Slovenia, home to the capital, Ljubljana, and the country's political and economic center. The largest region is Drava, located in the northeast and named after the Drava River, which flows through its main city, Maribor. The northernmost region is Carinthia, bordering Austria, while the southernmost is Lower Sava, known for its thermal springs and vineyards. From the Julian Alps in the northwest to the short but scenic Adriatic coastline in the southwest, this map quiz will help you master the regions of Slovenia!
