Oceania is made up of 14 independent countries, including Australia, New Zealand, and island nations like Fiji and Samoa. The region spans the Pacific Ocean and is often divided into Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia.

Australia, with Canberra as its capital, is the largest country, while Nauru, with Yaren as its administrative center, is among the smallest. Capitals like Wellington in New Zealand are cultural hubs, while Suva in Fiji plays a key role in trade. Papua New Guinea’s capital, Port Moresby, is located on the island of New Guinea, which is geographically linked to Asia.

This quiz provides an opportunity to learn about the countries of Oceania and develop your geographical knowledge of the region.
